The Holybro Kakute H7 V1.5 is a high-performance flight controller designed for FPV drones, multirotors, octocopters, and autonomous UAV platforms requiring powerful processing, extensive connectivity, and flexible system integration.

Powered by an STM32H743 processor running at 480 MHz, the Kakute H7 V1.5 integrates an ICM-42688-P IMU, SPA06 barometer, AT7456E analog OSD, ESP32-C3 Bluetooth module, MicroSD Blackbox logging, dual 4-in-1 ESC connectors, and dedicated power outputs for digital and analog video systems.

Powerful STM32H743 Processor

The Kakute H7 V1.5 is built around a 32-bit STM32H743 processor operating at 480 MHz.

Its high processing capability supports advanced filtering, high-frequency control loops, autonomous navigation functions, telemetry systems, and demanding flight control applications.

Professional underfill epoxy reinforcement helps improve mechanical durability and component reliability.

ICM-42688-P IMU

The V1.5 version uses the low-noise ICM-42688-P gyroscope and accelerometer.

This updated IMU provides accurate motion sensing and reliable flight control performance for freestyle, racing, cinematic, and autonomous UAV applications.

Integrated SPA06 Barometer

The onboard SPA06 barometer provides atmospheric pressure and altitude data.

It supports altitude estimation and autonomous flight functions when used with compatible firmware such as ArduPilot, INAV, or PX4.

Integrated Bluetooth Configuration

The onboard ESP32-C3 Bluetooth module allows wireless Betaflight configuration and tuning through the SpeedyBee application on compatible Android and iOS devices.

In Betaflight, Bluetooth automatically turns off when the aircraft is armed and turns back on when the aircraft is disarmed.

HD & Analog Video Ready

The Kakute H7 V1.5 includes a dedicated JST-SH VTX connector and an onboard 9V / 3A BEC.

It supports digital video systems such as DJI Air Unit, Caddx Vista, and compatible HD video transmitters while also supporting traditional analog FPV systems.

Integrated Analog OSD

The onboard AT7456E OSD allows important flight data to be displayed directly in an analog FPV video feed.

Battery voltage, flight time, warnings, RSSI, flight modes, and other telemetry information can be configured through compatible flight control firmware.

MicroSD Blackbox Logging

The integrated MicroSD card slot provides high-capacity Blackbox flight logging.

Recorded flight data can be used for tuning, diagnostics, vibration analysis, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Dual 4-in-1 ESC Connections

Two JST-SH 8-pin ESC connectors provide plug-and-play integration with compatible 4-in-1 ESCs.

The dual connector design supports up to eight motor outputs, making the controller suitable for standard multirotors and octocopter configurations.

Extensive Connectivity

The Kakute H7 V1.5 provides six dedicated UART interfaces for receivers, GPS modules, telemetry radios, VTX systems, digital video systems, and additional peripherals.

I2C pads are also available for compatible external GPS modules, compasses, and sensors.

Multiple Firmware Support

The flight controller supports Betaflight, INAV, ArduPilot, and PX4 firmware.

This allows the Kakute H7 V1.5 to be used for freestyle FPV drones, racing platforms, cinematic multirotors, autonomous UAVs, and custom aircraft projects.
