Delivery Areas
PROPULSION CONSULTING – EUROPEAN DRONE SHOP “EDS” offers delivery of its products:
- Within France
- Within the European Union
- Internationally (depending on available destinations on the Website)
Certain areas may be excluded for logistical or regulatory reasons.
Delivery Methods
Deliveries are handled by carriers selected by the Seller (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx or equivalent).
The delivery method is determined at checkout based on:
- Weight
- Volume
- Destination
Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided as estimates at the time of ordering.
They may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Destination country
- Logistical conditions
Unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place within a maximum of 45 days from order confirmation.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are displayed before order confirmation.
They depend on:
- Destination
- Parcel weight
- Selected carrier
Delivery and Acceptance
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the order.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receipt, the Buyer must check the condition of the parcel.
In case of any issue (damaged parcel, missing or damaged product), the Buyer must:
- Make specific reservations on the delivery note
- Refuse the parcel if necessary
- Inform the Seller as soon as possible
If no reservations are made, no claims relating to transport will be accepted.
Delayed Delivery
In case of delay, the Buyer may contact customer service.
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- The carrier
- Customs formalities
- Exceptional circumstances (force majeure)
International Delivery and Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union:
- Customs duties or local taxes may apply
- These costs are the responsibility of the Buyer
The Buyer is responsible for import formalities and compliance with local regulations.
Absence or Non-Receipt of the Parcel
If the Buyer is absent at the time of delivery:
- A delivery notice may be left
- A redelivery or collection from a pickup point may be offered
If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, reshipping costs will be charged to the Buyer.
