Returns and Refunds Policy

1) Right of withdrawal (consumer customers)

In accordance with current regulations, consumer customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the Products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

2) Return conditions

To be accepted, returns must meet the following condition :

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in perfect condition
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product must be complete (accessories, instructions, etc.)

Any product that is incomplete, damaged or used will not be eligible for a refund.

3) Returns procedure

Before making a return, the customer must contact customer service at the following address:

The return must be sent to the address provided by the Seller.

4) Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a faulty product or an error on the part of the Seller.

5) Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned Product.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.

6) Defective or non-compliant products

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product :

  • The customer must contact customer services as soon as possible
  • Supporting evidence (photos, description of the defect) may be requested

The Seller will offer, as appropriate :

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • Or a refund

7) Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations, certain Products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, in particular :

  • Personalised products
  • Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or safety

8) Technical products (drones and batteries)

The Products sold are technical equipment.

No returns will be accepted in the event of :

  • Misuse
  • Modification of the product
  • Failure to follow the instructions for use

Lithium batteries (LiPo / Li-ion) cannot be returned if they have been used, charged or damaged.
